Founder/Technical Leader
Ian Andrew Mork, has been coaching soccer professionally since 1999. During this time, Ian’s worked with Men’s National Teams, Youth National Teams, professional club teams, top amateur club teams, and youth club teams — as a Head Coach, Technical Director, Technical Advisor, Technical Consultant, Youth Development Educator, Lead Trainer, Talent Scout, and Director of player camps and coaching clinics. Ian’s youth development and coaching education philosophies evolved while studying, coaching, and educating across the U.S., Europe, and South America — including Belgium, Italy, Holland, England, Germany, Spain, and Paraguay. Ian was the Head Coach for the Belize National Team — competing in the Pan-American Games, CONCACAF Gold Cup, and World Cup Qualifying matches — before becoming a Scout and eventual Technical Advisor for U.S. Soccer.
After leading the Northwest Scouting Network for U.S. Soccer’s Development Academy Teams, Ian became the Director of Scouting and Director of the Boys NPL Player Development Program (PDP) at NorCal Premier. This led to an Assistant Coach position with US Club Soccer’s id2 National Selection International Tour (NSIT). Ian holds a USSF “A – Youth” Coaching License; KNVB Trainer 3 Coaching License, FA International Coaching License (UEFA “B”); is an Olympic Certified Coach (Pan-American Sports Organization); and USSF licensed Coaching Education Instructor and USSF Talent Identification Scout.
